Many of Leivers Dance former members have gone on to either dance profesionally, do dance degrees or open their own dancing schools.
Some of these former members have written a little bit of information about their time with Leivers dance and what they have gone on to do since. I know from my own experience that fantastic friendships are made through the dancing school which are extremely long lasting. Our show which we will be doing in February 2012 is with the dancing school run by one of Leivers dance former members and teachers Liz Whitmore. It is a pleasure to be joining with them in tamworth for the show as her school have travelled to coventry for the past few shows which we have done.
We also work closely with Claire Humpidge and her dance shchool, again a former member and teacher with Leivers dance who has gone on to have her own school.
The three dance school tend to combine when we do our shows as we all have the same teaching styles throughout the schools and it is a great opportunity for the current members to make even more friends. |
