Code Of Conduct
Payment information and cancellation process - all payment queries should be emailed to dance@leiversdance.co.uk so that they can be dealt with accordingly.
All payments are due for collection on the first of the month in advance of that months training.
We charge a yearly amount for the number of classes offered, taking into account closures for school holidays. This total amount is then divided into 12 equal monthly payments. This is not a yearly contract and you are able to cancel your subscription at any point should your dependant cease to attend classes.
Within our calculations for our yearly amount we include a "buffer" a couple of classes which are not included in the calculation, in case of closures which are out of our control.
Please be aware that your payment secures your dancers place in class and that no refunds are offered due to closures relating to snow, missed classes due to illness or general absence.
Cancellation process
-Email dance@leiversdance.co.uk notifying us that you wish to release your space or the space of your dependant in classes.
-This must be done by the 20th of the month prior to when you wish to release your place
ie if wishing to release your space from April we must receive notification to dance@leiversdance.co.uk by the 20th March
- If we do not receive cancellation notice by this date via email we will not cancel your payment.
-Please note that no refunds will be given for fees collected when a cancellation is not made following the above process.

Duke of Edinburgh / Children's university and other similar schemes
We are very pleased to be able to support our dancers through their extra curricular activities, and it is great to see so many of them choose dance as one of these.
We are more than happy to sign off dancers hours while they train with us, this must be on the week that they do the hours.
If a student no longer trains with us we will not be able to back date any records for DofE or other similar schemes, therefore it is very important to bring your record cards with you to each class and get them signed off on the correct dates.
